Welcome to the Jungle is a madcap comedy that delivers on its promise of laughs. Directed by Ahmed Khan and written by the late Neeraj Vora, the film revolves around a shady businessman who hires a film director to make a box-office disaster. The cast, including Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Raveena Tandon, shine in their respective roles. The film's humor is unapologetically over-the-top, and the makers have done a great job of embracing its absurdity. The first half is a laugh riot, with the comic timing of veterans Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav providing ample support. The performances hold it together, with Akshay Kumar's effortless chemistry with his Hera Pheri team being a highlight. Raveena Tandon more than holds her own against the massive ensemble, and her chemistry with Akshay Kumar is quite evident. The music is a disappointment, but overall, the film delivers enough laughs to make the ride worthwhile.
