Several Amazon users are experiencing issues with the shopping platform, with reports of items being unavailable and unable to be added to carts.

According to Downdetector, over 2,500 outage reports were recorded as of 8 p.m. EDT on Thursday, with users complaining of items being removed from their carts and listings showing as unavailable.

One user reported that their cart was cleared while trying to check out, while another wrote that over 33 items in their cart were showing as unavailable.

Some users also reported price increases on items in their carts, making it impossible to complete purchases.

Amazon has yet to respond to the issue, leaving thousands of frustrated users unable to shop or check out.
