According to DownDetector, over 20,000 outage reports were received by 2:30 p.m. EDT, with users reporting problems such as products not showing prices and details, multiple pages showing 404 errors, and issues with adding items to cart.
Amazon has not yet confirmed the outages or provided a timeline for when the issues might be resolved.
