In a statement, Amy expressed her support for the victim and called for accountability, saying that 'family ties should never equal automatic trust or access' when it comes to keeping children safe.
After Kendra's arrest, Amy shifted her focus to the children, saying her prayers now go to them, and she prays for 'full, complete, uncompromising justice' to be served.
Kendra Duggar was arrested on March 20 and charged with four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment, while her husband Joseph faces charges of inappropriate sexual behavior involving a child under 12.
