A fire reportedly broke out near Biloxi in Mississippi on Saturday, with a thick column of smoke visible from nearby Gulfport, about 13 miles away.
One person shared a photo on Facebook asking 'What's on fire?' and a local news channel WLOX also shared a photo of the blaze.
The Gulfport Fire Department had issued a warning about dry weather conditions, urging people to avoid outdoor burning.
A Red Flag Warning was issued due to dry conditions, low humidity, and increased winds, creating a high risk for rapid fire spread.
The Biloxi fire department has yet to comment on the matter, and a cause for the blaze is not known.
