A massive fire broke out in San Rafael, California, on Wednesday, with smoke visible in the San Rafael canals. The San Rafael Fire Department responded to the incident on Larkspur St, urging people to stay clear of the area.
According to the fire department, the blaze was a commercial fire at 55 Larkspur St, and it has since been contained to the building of origin. Fortunately, everyone has been accounted for, and there are no reported injuries.
The fire was declared under control, and the cause is yet to be determined. The Marin Independent Journal reported that authorities responded to the blaze around 3:30 pm.
