A video shared on social media showed a massive police presence, with sirens blaring as officers rushed towards the scene. The Chattanooga Police Department has yet to comment on the matter.
Coolidge Park, a popular 5-acre waterfront park, features a hundred-year-old carousel, a walking bridge, and fountains. The park was reportedly full of kids at the time of the incident, leaving many shaken.
