Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) has called for Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) to leave Congress following allegations of sexual misconduct and dating violence.

A House Ethics panel is investigating Mills, who has denied the allegations, stating that he has never sexually harassed or had complaints from staffers or interns.

Allegations against Mills include claims of making repeated threats to release videos of intimate encounters after a breakup and threatening violence against anyone his accuser might date in the future.

A judge issued a restraining order against Mills, citing 'reasonable cause to believe she is in imminent danger of becoming the victim of another act of dating violence.'

Mills has spoken out against the allegations, calling them 'a political Democratic tit for tat.'
