As tensions between the US and Iran continue to simmer, the Dubai Government has firmly denied claims that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targeted a data center belonging to US tech giant Oracle in Dubai.

The Dubai Government Media Office dismissed the claims as 'fake news' with no basis in fact, urging people to rely only on official government sources instead of social media rumors.

This comes after Iran's military central command announced a new wave of attacks targeting the UAE, Bahrain, and Israel in response to US-Israeli strikes on Iranian steel industries.

The IRGC claimed to have targeted an Amazon cloud computing center in Bahrain, as part of the third phase of Operation True Promise 4, in retaliation for attacks on Iran.
