Rizwan Sajan, the founder of Dubai-based Danube Properties, has pledged job security for his workforce amidst the escalating conflict in West Asia.
In an Instagram post, he said that the conflict will not affect the employment status of his over 6,000 employees.
The Indian billionaire added, "Our 6,000+ employees have trusted us, worked with us, and built Danube Group brick by brick. Today, it's my responsibility to stand by them."
He shared that, in addition to job security, all the employees will get paid on time.
"I'm proud to say that there will be No Layoffs in Danube Group and all salaries will continue to be paid on time," he said.
The post prompted many to appreciate Sajan, with some calling him a true leader and a good human being.
Rizwan Sajan, who started his business in 1993 with a few thousand dirhams, is now considered among "Top 100 Indian leaders in the UAE," according to the UAE's Ministry of Economy and Tourism.
