Josh Duggar, 33, was convicted in 2022 of receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material and was sentenced to 12 years and 7 months in prison, plus 20 years of supervised release and $200,000 restitution. He is currently serving his sentence at the FCI Seagoville in Texas.
Joseph Duggar's arrest is the latest in a long line of scandals to hit the Duggar family, who rose to fame with their reality TV show '19 Kids & Counting.' In 2015, Josh Duggar confessed to molesting five underage girls, including his sisters, as a teenager, and was exposed as a user on the Ashley Madison website.
