Podcaster Baron Coleman shared a text from a journalist claiming Erika Kirk skipped a recent Turning Point USA event in Georgia after receiving 'death threats.'
The event, attended by Vice President JD Vance, was held at the Akins Ford Arena near the University of Georgia campus and served as a tribute to late TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk.
Coleman's text read: 'Erika was supposed to be interviewing Vance. Kolvet came out and announced Erika was receiving death threats so she didn't come, insinuated it was because of Candace and folks like you.'
Candace Owens shared Coleman's post, accusing Turning Point of running a 'paid influencer campaign' to convince people that Erika's life was at risk.
Erika explained her absence in an X post, citing her security team's recommendations, but Candace slammed her for her response, suggesting she pulled out due to bad ticket sales.
