A retired FBI profiler believes the person responsible for Nancy Guthrie's disappearance will eventually face justice, citing 'mistakes' made throughout the crime.

Jim Clemente, a former FBI profiler, spoke to NewsNation senior national correspondent Brian Entin, suggesting the kidnapper is closely following every update in the case and may have changed their appearance or altered their vehicle to avoid being traced.

Clemente pointed to mistakes made during the crime, including the blood evidence found on Nancy's front porch, which he believes will lead to the suspect's downfall.

The blood evidence, which showed smeared blood and a medium-velocity blood spatter, suggests Nancy was close to the ground and may have coughed up blood, leading Clemente to believe she was picked up and carried away.

The investigation into Nancy's disappearance continues, with no suspect identified and no major updates announced since February.
