Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has accused the US of building a drone similar to Iran's Shahed drone, called 'Lucas,' which is allegedly being used to attack targets in Arab countries.

Araghchi made the claim in an interview with Al-Araby Al-Jadeed website, where he also blamed Israel for attacks on civilian targets in Arab countries, saying they may be trying to damage relations with Iran.

Iran has offered to form a committee with regional countries to investigate the targets that have been attacked, with Araghchi insisting that Iranian strikes only target US bases and interests in the region.

Araghchi also warned that if energy facilities in Iran were targeted in strikes, the facilities of American companies in Middle East countries would also come under attack.

He further stated that the occupation of Kharg Island would be a 'bigger mistake' than attacking it, and that the end of the conflict would depend on guarantees that it will not be repeated and the payment of compensation.
