Iran has denied holding any talks with the US, contradicting President Donald Trump's claim of 'productive talks'. The country's ambassador to Pakistan stated that no direct or indirect negotiations have taken place.

Pakistan has stepped up as a mediator in the conflict, offering to host talks between Tehran and Washington to end the ongoing war.

Iranian envoy Reza Amiri Moghadam reiterated the country's stance, stating that the US needs to extend the hand of talks and truce since it launched an attack while negotiations were underway.

Pakistan delivered Trump's 15-point ceasefire plan to Iran, which broadly addresses sanctions relief, a rollback of Iran's nuclear program, and limits on missiles.

The full details of the plan are not public, but it reportedly includes a month of ceasefire, halting uranium enrichment, and withdrawing regional proxy activities in return for lifting sanctions and support for a civilian nuclear program.
