A senior executive at JPMorgan Chase, Lorna Hajdini, has been accused of sexually assaulting, racially abusing, and drugging a junior employee, according to a bombshell New York lawsuit.
The lawsuit alleges Hajdini used her senior position to pressure a married male colleague into non-consensual and humiliating sex acts, and threatened to ruin his career and financial future at the firm.
The accuser, identified as John Doe, claims the abuse escalated in 2024 after Hajdini joined his team in a senior role in April of that year.
The lawsuit also alleges Hajdini made repeated racially charged remarks toward Doe, including calling him a "brown boy" and a "little Arab boy toy."
JPMorgan Chase has denied the claims, saying an internal investigation found no evidence supporting Doe's accusations.
