The man who accused JPMorgan Chase's Lorna Hajdini of sexual harassment made a sudden career move weeks before the case went public. Identified as 'John Doe' in the lawsuit, the alleged victim left investment firm Bregal Sagemount on April 2, 2026, more than three weeks before accusing Hajdini of drugging him and keeping him as a 'sex slave'.

According to senior company sources, the 35-year-old financier departed the firm after working there from October 20, 2025. His biography was visible on Bregal Sagemount's website until Friday morning.

Lorna Hajdini has forcefully denied the allegations, with her lawyers stating that she 'categorically denies the allegations' and 'never engaged in any inappropriate conduct' with the alleged victim.

The lawsuit, which was later withdrawn for 'corrections', accused Hajdini of sexual abuse, coercion, and workplace intimidation. However, JPMorgan and Hajdini's legal team have challenged the claims, citing a lack of evidence and the alleged victim's refusal to cooperate fully during the internal investigation.
