Influencer Knowa De Baraso has weighed in on the controversy surrounding TLC singer Chilli's engagement with conspiracy theories involving Michelle Obama and her reported donations to Republican campaigns.

De Baraso criticized Chilli's statement on the allegations, saying she is an example of 'misinformation within the Black community.'

Chilli had claimed she reposted a conspiracy theory by mistake, but De Baraso dismissed this, saying she probably thinks the Republican Party is the party of Black people.

He also alleged that Chilli 'probably thinks Democrats don't care about Black People,' and dismissed these claims as misleading.

De Baraso cited funding initiatives under Joe Biden, including support for historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), and argued that such narratives are misleading.

Records from the Federal Election Commission showed that Chilli gave more than $1000 to Republican fundraisers connected to Trump's 2024 reelection campaign.

De Baraso criticized these donations, saying 'Chilli voted for a scrub.'
