Kosovo and Bosnia have announced their readiness to deploy troops to Gaza as part of a proposed peacekeeping force. Kosovo's parliament unanimously approved a law authorising the deployment, with 22 security members expected to be sent if the plan goes ahead.
Bosnia's Defence Minister Zukan Helez said more than 60 soldiers are expected to join the force, which was proposed by US President Donald Trump.
The planned International Stabilisation Force could include up to 20,000 soldiers, with Indonesia pledging 8,000 troops. Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti said his country is willing to take part due to the role of international forces in its own independence war.
The future of Trump's plan remains unclear, with Israel and Hamas maintaining contradictory demands in ongoing negotiations.
