Adva Lavie, a 28-year-old model and social media influencer from Los Angeles, is facing six felony charges for allegedly breaking into the homes of individuals she met online.
Between 2023 and 2025, Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, used dating apps to develop relationships with affluent older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills, before burglarizing or stealing from them.
Prosecutors claim that Lavie posed as a girlfriend and travel companion to gain access to victims' homes, where she stole cash, gold, and high-end designer items.
Lavie was previously charged with two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information, two counts of grand theft, one count of first-degree residential burglary with a person present, and one count of first-degree residential burglary.
She had entered a plea of not guilty to all charges and is currently under an ankle monitor, with instructions to maintain distance from the identified victims.
Lavie is set to be arraigned on April 6 at the Van Nuys Courthouse and may face a sentence of 11 years and eight months in prison if found guilty.
