Far-right activist Laura Loomer has expressed her disapproval of Vice President JD Vance's win in the CPAC straw poll, stating that she believes it was a low-turnout event.
Loomer responded to conservative influencer Jack Posobiec's post about Vance's 53% win by saying 'Like 10 people attended CPAC.'
This is not the first time Loomer has disagreed with Vance, as she previously criticized his speech at an anti-abortion rally in January 2026.
Vance had taken a swipe at Loomer, saying that debates within the movement help keep people like him honest, but Loomer fired back, saying 'Didn't they learn their lesson in 2018?'
Loomer's criticism of Vance also stems from his association with Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News host she often clashes with.
Loomer has expressed her desire for the 2028 Republican nominee to condemn Tucker Carlson and his rhetoric, which she believes has no place in the GOP.
She also expressed her skepticism about supporting Vance in the 2028 presidential election, stating that her vote has to be earned.
