Conservative podcaster Candace Owens has been warned of a massive lawsuit by far-right influencer Laura Loomer, who is a staunch ally of President Donald Trump.
The row erupted after Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk claimed Owens had accused her of Charlie Kirk's murder, which occurred in September 2025.
Owens has had numerous theories about Erika Kirk's movements and interactions ahead of the shooting, and has not retracted any of her claims despite rumors to the contrary.
Laura Loomer responded to Owens' defiance, saying 'You're going to be sued so hard. I can't wait.'
The lawsuit threat comes amid a long-standing feud between Loomer and Owens, who have been at odds over President Trump's actions and other issues.
