St Clair posted an Instagram story with Benny's photo and a multicolor flag with the song 'gay' playing, sparking speculation about Johnson's sexuality.
Johnson responded by posting a statement on social media, saying he is a Christian and trying to live out his faith.
However, St Clair's post came after comments about her and her child, and she warned that others are ready to speak up too.
Johnson has been a well-known pro-Trump influencer and commentator with around 6 million subscribers on YouTube, but his past has also been controversial, including being fired from two media organizations for allegedly plagiarizing content.
The fallout began after a user on X challenged St Clair over her past comments on transgender people, and she expressed regret over her previous stance.
St Clair shares a one-year-old son with Tesla CEO and X owner Elon Musk, who has announced he will be seeking full custody of their son due to her statements suggesting she might transition their child.
