A mass shooting took place at a Chick-fil-A in Union Township, New Jersey on Saturday, reportedly leaving one dead and many injured.
The incident reportedly took place at the location along Route 22 around 8:40pm, with multiple shots fired inside or near the crowded restaurant.
At least six people were shot, with one pronounced dead at the scene and others taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
The Union County Prosecutor’s Office is leading the investigation, but authorities have not released details on the suspect or motive.
