The conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran has entered its seventh day, with military strikes and missile attacks widening across multiple countries in the Middle East and beyond.

Israeli forces have targeted Beirut's southern suburbs, while Iranian retaliatory attacks have hit American bases in various countries and several Gulf states.

The US military has launched a massive air campaign, striking nearly 200 targets deep inside Iran, including missile launchers, drone facilities, and industrial infrastructure.

The operation, named Operation Epic Fury, has significantly reduced the intensity of Iran's retaliatory attacks, with ballistic missile attacks decreasing by 90% and drone attacks by 83%.

The conflict has also impacted several Gulf countries, with Iranian missiles and drones targeting cities and military facilities across the region.

A major naval incident has been reported off the coast of Sri Lanka, with a US submarine sinking an Iranian frigate, killing at least 84 sailors.

The war has raised tensions in the region, with Azerbaijan warning that a drone strike on an airport would not go unanswered.

The death toll from US and Israeli strikes in Iran has risen to 1,230 people, according to an Iranian state-run foundation.

Political divisions have emerged in Washington over President Donald Trump's decision to launch strikes on Iran without congressional approval.
