Since the US and Israel unleashed strikes on Iran on February 28, war has spread across the region and casualties have been reported in countries across the Middle East.
The death toll has surpassed 4,000, with Iran's health ministry reporting over 1,200 killed and 10,000 injured, while Lebanon's health ministry said 486 people had been killed and 1,313 wounded.
Other countries affected include Israel, where 13 people were killed, and the Gulf states, where 23 people were killed, including seven US service members.
The figures are based on numbers released by governments, militaries, health authorities and rescue organisations in the affected countries.
