Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, is undergoing a radical transformation in the digital media space by turning his independent creator business into a formalized corporate empire.

In a documentary, MrBeast revealed his tight schedule, which barely allows a personal life, and deals with a staff strength comparable to Hollywood studios.

MrBeast works between 12 and 20-hour days, with his time planned by the minute, to balance creating his own content and producing Beast Games with Amazon Prime Video.

He has hired a former Shutterfly CEO to lead Beast Industries, which is actively recruiting employees to introduce institutional knowledge and expand the company by half in 2026.

Beast Industries is producing a second season of Beast Games, with a $5 million prize money, and has a potential IPO on the horizon, anticipating revenues to increase to $1.6 billion in 2026.
