Dianna Russini, a senior NFL insider, and Mike Vrabel, the head coach of the New England Patriots, are facing online scrutiny over romance rumors.
They were spotted together at a luxury resort in Sedona, Arizona, with photos showing them holding hands and embracing.
Both Russini and Vrabel have denied allegations of an affair, calling the rumors a misunderstanding of normal professional interactions.
Russini said the photos were taken out of context and did not accurately represent the group of six individuals they were with throughout the day.
Vrabel referred to the cheating accusations as 'absurd' and said the images depict a 'completely innocent interaction'.
