An anti-ICE rioter has been charged after allegedly attacking federal law enforcement officers during a protest in New Jersey. Brendan John Geier, 26, has been accused of 'kicking and biting' ICE deportation officers, leaving them with 'horrific wounds.'
Geier has a history of child pornography charges, having been previously accused of distributing the material. In 2019, he was charged with second-degree felony child porn charges, but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in 2021.
He faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted of the assault charge.
