Former Migos rapper Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday.

According to TMZ, the incident occurred in a valet area outside the casino after 7 p.m. and was quickly contained by police.

Two individuals have been detained by police, and the investigation is ongoing.

Scary visuals from the site of the shooting were shared online, sparking fears for the rapper's safety.

However, a spokesperson confirmed that Offset is 'fine' and receiving medical care, adding that he is stable and being closely monitored.

Offset, 34, was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood for treatment, where he is receiving non-life-threatening injuries.
