A viral video of a spring breaker twerking on a speeding Jeep's roof has ended in tragedy. Michael Brown, 22, died after being thrown from the roof in Port Aransas, Texas. The driver, Riley Rhoades, 24, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.14 and 0.12.

Brown suffered a severe head injury in the crash and was declared dead last Friday. Another person was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Rhoades has been charged with intoxication assault and is being held in custody under bond.

The incident was part of a chaotic Spring Break weekend in Port Aransas, where police made over a dozen arrests for drunk driving. Local authorities are working to keep visitors safe, but residents and visitors alike are urged to be vigilant in their surroundings.
