A possible shooting in Princeton, Texas, prompted a massive police response and forced schools to go on 'secure' status on Friday.
Multiple units, including EMS and a helicopter, responded to the scene near E. Princeton Dr. & N. 4th, with roads closed off and crime scene tape put up.
Schools under the Princeton Independent School District were placed on secure status as a precaution, but the lockdown was later lifted after students were found to be safe.
Princeton police have yet to officially comment on the incident, with no reports of injuries or a possible suspect.
Dispatch audio suggested the incident may have involved a blue pickup and a black passenger car, with a reported injury to the leg.
