A tornado warning was issued for Pueblo County in Colorado on June 23, with the warning active until 10:45pm. Local channel KKTV 11 News reported that severe thunderstorm warnings were also active in the area until 11:15pm.

The National Weather Service issued warnings for golf ball to baseball size hail and damaging winds. Affected areas included Pueblo Airport, Pueblo Depot, and Avondale, CO.

Scary photos and videos emerged showing a dangerous storm forming nearby, with one person sharing a video of lightning flashing across the sky. Another person shared a photo of an overcast sky in Pueblo County.

Residents reported experiencing off and on rain and small hail, with one person noting they were seeing lightning from 50 miles away. Another video was shared from Pueblo Depot, showing heavy rainfall with lightning across the sky.
