Ivan Miller, a 22-year-old man from Iowa, has been arrested in connection with a triple homicide in Wayne County, Utah.
Miller was taken into custody in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, after a multi-state search.
He was booked on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon and is currently in law enforcement custody.
Investigators believe Miller killed the victims in a series of events, starting with a woman in Lyman, Utah, who was then allegedly taken to a hiking trail where two other women were killed.
The victims, aged 30s, 60s, and 80s, have been identified, but no motive has been determined.
Authorities have confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to the public and that Miller is the only suspect in custody.
