Cole Tomas Allen, the alleged gunman behind the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting, revealed his list of targets in a manifesto, but surprisingly excluded FBI chief Kash Patel.

According to the manifesto, administration officials, excluding Patel, were top targets, prioritized from highest-ranking to lowest. The Secret Service was only a target if necessary, and Allen hoped to incapacitate them non-lethally if possible.

Allen also clarified that certain individuals were not targets, including hotel security, Capitol Police, National Guard, hotel employees, and guests.

The shooting incident occurred at the Washington Hilton on Saturday night, forcing an evacuation of top officials and guests. Donald Trump was uninjured and later said he initially mistook the sound of gunfire for something else.

The suspect was armed with 'multiple weapons' and was stopped by security personnel. The FBI confirmed that the suspect is in custody, and the city's Metropolitan Police Department is coordinating with federal agencies.
