US President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that the country will be hit 'extremely hard' over the next two to three weeks if no deal is made.
Trump made the statement during an address to the nation, where he also claimed that Iran's Navy is gone, their Air Force is in ruins, and their leaders are dead.
He warned that if no deal is reached, the US will target Iran's electric generating plants, saying 'we could hit it, and it would be gone, and there's not a thing they could do about it.'
Iran has defied Trump's ultimatum, launching missiles towards Israel moments after the address.
The US has named the operation 'Operation Epic Fury', while Israel has named it 'Operation Roaring Lion', and the conflict has resulted in significant losses for Iran, with their ability to launch missiles and drones dramatically curtailed.
