Donald Trump has claimed that eight Iranian women protesters were spared execution following his intervention, but Iran's embassy has disputed this, calling him 'delulu.'

According to Trump, four of the women would be released immediately while four others would receive one-month prison sentences, thanking Iran's leadership for respecting his request.

However, Iran's embassy in Sierra Leone posted a response on X, stating that four of the women Trump cited for hanging had been free for weeks, and the others weren't facing execution.

The White House stood by Trump's claim, with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt praising the president's humanitarian efforts, but Iran's embassy has insisted that the situation had been misrepresented entirely.
