Kanye West has been blocked from entering the United Kingdom after the Home Office rejected his application for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) due to concerns his presence would not be conducive to the public good.

The decision came after widespread outrage over his planned headline performances at London's Wireless Festival, which has been cancelled entirely.

West's application was rejected on the grounds of his past antisemitic remarks, including releasing a track titled 'Heil Hitler' and selling a swastika T-shirt on his website.

Organizers of Wireless Festival confirmed the event's cancellation, stating that the Home Office had withdrawn West's ETA, denying him entry into the United Kingdom.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer criticized the decision, saying that West should never have been invited to headline the festival, and that the government stands firmly with the Jewish community.

Health Secretary Wes Streeting also expressed his disapproval, stating that West has no business headlining the festival due to his pattern of behavior.
