In a prime-time address to the nation, Trump said that Iran's navy is gone, their air force is in ruins, and their leaders are now dead.
The US launched Operation Epic Fury against Iran on February 28, which resulted in the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to Trump.
Trump defended the US' military campaign against Iran, saying that the regime's ability to launch missiles and drones is dramatically curtailed.
