Joe Kent, a former US counterterrorism director, has revealed a chilling warning from Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, about the US-Iran war.
Kent appeared on the Tucker Carlson show, where he recounted his last meeting with Kirk in the West Wing in June.
Kirk allegedly told Kent, 'Joe, stop us from getting into a war with Iran.'
Kent's comments come at a time when the US and Israel have carried out joint strikes against Iran, and the two nations are currently at war with the country.
The war has claimed the lives of at least 13 US troop members and has been criticized by many, including former President Donald Trump, who has been accused of rising gas prices due to Iran's chokehold on the Strait of Hormuz.
Kent also revealed that Kirk was under pressure from pro-Israel donors, which he believes may be connected to his assassination.
Conservative podcaster Candace Owens has also pointed to foreign intervention in Kirk's death, without providing any proof.
Authorities have arrested Utah native Tyler Robinson for murder in the Charlie Kirk assassination case.
