US Troops Suffer Heavy Casualties in Iran War

US troops have suffered heavy casualties in the ongoing war against Iran, with around 200 wounded and 13 killed in the past three weeks.

The US military's Central Command said that the majority of the injuries were minor, with 180 troops already returning to duty.

The injuries took place in countries across the Gulf, including Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The Iranian strikes have targeted US military infrastructure, military jets, and diplomatic missions, with no significant yield for either side.

On the Iranian side, more than 1,200 people have been killed, including around 200 women and 200 children, and over 10,000 civilians injured.

The conflict has also displaced over one million people in Lebanon, with 14 people killed in Israel and 886 people dead in Lebanon.
