A California man, Jason Nichols, has been charged with additional offenses concerning the annoyance or molestation of a child under 18.
Nichols, a 30-year-old military veteran, was arrested on April 7 after attempting to forcibly enter a neighbor's house.
He is facing a total of five charges, including first-degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, and vandalism.
