AAP Lok Sabha member Malvinder Singh Kang has reflected on the party's 'mistake' of giving too much power to Raghav Chadha, who led the rebellion and merged with the BJP.

Kang called for better coordination and dialogue with MLAs, MPs, and ministers in Punjab, with just months left for state Assembly elections.

The party's picks for Punjab's Rajya Sabha seats have drawn criticism, with Raghav Chadha being a Delhi-based leader despite being ethnically Punjabi.

Kang also highlighted the AAP's lack of communication with lawmakers in Punjab, citing the example of Sandeep Pathak, who had not been contacted in the past year.

Pathak played a crucial role in steering the AAP towards ousting the Congress from power in 2022, but his exit is seen as a big concern for the party ahead of elections in the state.
