AAP workers staged protests against former party leaders who merged with the BJP, terming them 'traitors'. The protesters spray-painted 'gaddar (traitor)' on the walls and gates of the residences of former leaders Harbhajan Singh, Sandeep Pathak, and Ashok Mittal.

The protests were held across Punjab, with AAP's Punjab unit stating that the traitors are facing backlash across the state.

AAP leaders have alleged that the seven MPs, including Raghav Chadha, left the party 'out of fear', but Chadha has denied the allegations, stating that they left due to disappointment and disgust with the party.
