Actor Gajendra Chauhan's ₹1 lakh Scam Foiled: Cops Thwart Cyber Thieves

Actor Gajendra Chauhan, famous for his role as Yudhishthira in the popular TV series Mahabharat, was almost conned out of ₹1 lakh by cyber scammers. However, thanks to the swift action of the Oshiwara police, his money was saved. According to the police, Chauhan fell victim to a Facebook ad offering discounted dry fruits. After receiving an OTP, he discovered that ₹98,000 had been withdrawn from his account. Realizing he had been scammed, the actor promptly reported the incident to the police station. With the help of bank officials, they managed to freeze the transaction and recover the money, which was subsequently returned to Chauhan's account. The police have now registered a case and initiated an investigation into the matter.
