The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced a nationwide protest campaign against alleged irregularities in examinations, with a protest set to take place in Pune at 4pm today.

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said the organisation would release its education manifesto, which focuses on reforms such as preventing question paper leaks, ensuring timely declaration of examination results, and improving transparency in recruitment and entrance examinations.

The protest, which is expected to be peaceful, will begin in Pune and travel to several cities, including Jaipur, Lucknow, Amritsar, and Bengaluru, before culminating at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on June 20.

CJP has renewed its demand for the resignation of Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan, claiming that the campaign will continue until the education minister steps down.
