The West Bengal Police questioned former sports minister Aroop Biswas for three hours over the Lionel Messi India GOAT tour chaos in December 2025.
Biswas was summoned thrice earlier but evaded investigators, saying the matter is sub-judice.
He is accused of sabotaging the event, taking complimentary tickets, and selling them, along with TMC councillor Jui Biswas and former police chief Rajeev Kumar.
Aroop Biswas's brother, Swarup Biswas, was arrested on June 4 on extortion and intimidation charges.
