The Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) conducted a joint raid with Uttar Pradesh Police in Ambedkar Nagar district, seizing 6 kg of mephedrone, 50 kg of liquid mephedrone, and 88 kg of 2-bromo-4-methyl propiophenone.
Two people, Sohil alias Bhura Munirbhai Mirza and Farhan alias Bhura Faizullakhan Pathan, were arrested in connection with a Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act case.
During interrogation, Sohil revealed that he had procured 300 grams of the drug from Ramshankar alias Pankaj Parshuram and Kapildev Chedilal Sharma, who were subsequently arrested.
