Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called on states to work together as 'Team India' to mitigate the effects of the ongoing West Asia crisis. The crisis, which has been ongoing for some time, is expected to have long-term impacts on India's economy and supply chains.

Modi announced the formation of seven empowered groups to deal with the crisis, which will focus on issues such as fuel, fertilizers, gas, supply chains, and inflation. The groups will be tasked with developing strategies to address these challenges and ensure the uninterrupted supply of essential commodities.

The Prime Minister also urged state governments to take proactive steps to prevent black marketing and hoarding, and to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach beneficiaries on time. He emphasized the importance of cooperative federalism and the need for states to work together to maintain India's growth trajectory.

Modi also assured farmers that the government has made necessary preparations for the adequate supply of fertilizers, and that no burden of the war will fall on them. He noted that the government is working with a comprehensive strategy to address every aspect of the crisis, and that efforts are being made to procure gas and crude oil from all available sources.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the importance of diplomacy in resolving the crisis, and said that India is in constant touch with all parties involved to stress de-escalation. He emphasized that the government is vigilant and ready to take every decision with utmost seriousness, and that the welfare of the people of India is paramount.
