India has yet to decide on fuel supply requests from several neighbouring countries, prioritizing domestic demand amid global energy disruptions.

Requests have been received from Bangladesh, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka, with Bangladesh seeking 5,000 additional tonnes of diesel to combat an energy crisis.

Indian officials have stated that national interest is the top priority, with domestic demand needing to be met before considering exports.

India has received requests from several countries for fuel supply amid the energy crisis caused by the West Asia conflict.

Indian-flagged tankers and gas carriers are carrying significant amounts of LPG, LNG, and crude oil, and the Indian Navy's warships are present in the area for anti-piracy operations.

More than 700 Indian nationals have moved from Iran to Armenia and Azerbaijan in recent days, with the Indian embassy in Iran helping citizens relocate to safer locations.

Around 260,000 passengers have returned from West Asia to India since February 28, with the overall flight situation improving.
